Business Grooming by Kathryn Marnewick focuses on uplifting women although the training also allows for men.
“I encourage women to start showing their skills, their knowledge and their personalities on the outside. This can be done through make-up, hairstyles and clothing. I want to teach people to believe that they are more than what they do for a living.”
When asked to explain further what she means she says, “I want people to see every job I’ve done, every encounter I’ve had, everything that I’ve learnt and mastered. I want them to see all those things from the way I present myself.”
Kathryn believes in being passionate.
“If anyone wishes to pursue this career they need to have passion. It sounds cliché but I am working with people from different cultures, with different income brackets and all sorts of insecurities. Everyone at any age can learn from someone else. Being passionate and compassionate to the people you are servicing makes everyone’s experiences that much more valuable and impactful.”
