CapeNature will be promoting their award-winning nature reserves and eco-tourism offerings at the Tourism Marketing Conference this year. With the travel and tourism sector open again after a debilitating hard lockdown, industry players need to focus on the importance of effective tourism marketing to gain a competitive edge in promoting tourism destinations, products and experiences.

At the event, Loren Pavitt, Corporate Marketing & Communications Manager, will unpack CapeNature’s marketing strategy in response to the global Covid-19 pandemic. “CapeNature has been resilient in its marketing efforts to be proactive to managing the challenges brought on by the global Corona Virus pandemic and the impacts of the South African economy. At the conference we will highlight successful eco-tourism campaigns that have been implemented in partnership with the tourism in a collective effort. The entity will also promote their Black Friday specials live from the conference with a pop-up booking customer service station,” says Pavitt.
